A GTLA convention agenda separately names him for a session in 2026. The agenda supports a scheduled program listing; it does not supply a transcript of remarks or establish exactly what was delivered.[1][2]

Justia lists Maximizing Modest but Meritorious Cases at the association's annual convention in Atlanta, dated April 28, 2023 in the retrieved profile fields. This remains a self-reported speaking entry. The 2026 agenda is not corroboration of the earlier appearance, because it concerns a different convention and a different session.[1]

The 2026 convention program

The association's 2026 agenda identifies its annual convention at the InterContinental Buckhead on April 30 and May 1. Under Friday, May 1, it lists Brendan Flanagan of Flanagan Law, PC for Writing Demand Letters After the Legislature Took the Fun Out of It. The program identifies the attorney through his firm, rather than relying only on a name match.[2]
