Editorial and correction policy

Court records govern descriptions of judicial decisions and docket status. Directory profiles can supply biographical details, but self-reported employment and speaking entries are identified as such. A firm's account of a result remains attributed to the firm unless another source establishes it.

A verdict, an attorney-fee award and a settlement are different events. Entries preserve those distinctions and note pending appeals when found. Press releases and their republications are treated as one originated account, not separate corroboration.

Conflicting biographical details are omitted or described without choosing an unsupported answer. Names alone do not establish identity. Corrections are reviewed when reported through the firm's published contact channels and supported by a public source.
